Our standard shipping rate is £3.50 per order to the UK. We offer FREE shipping for orders over £100.00. We currently do not ship outside of the UK.
We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 days. Larger items may take longer.
Your order and payment confirmation is sent to a member of our team, who will carefully package up your item(s) for the next available pick up. If any problem occurs with your order we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss.
For items purchased from our online shop, you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction. For items purchased at our showroom, you can request an invoice from our sales representative.
When you are logged in to your account, you will be able to click the ‘Add to wishlist’ heart icon at the side of any product you like. You may want to remember what you have seen to buy at a later date, or compile a list of products to show your friends and family. You can access your wishlist by clicking the heart icon on the top right hand corner of any page.
We want happy customers. If you receive the wrong product or your items are damaged in any way, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we can help to fix the prolem.
If you change your mind after ordering something from us, and wish to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we can advise you on how to proceed.
