A well equipped kitchen includes a 3 burner gas hob with oven and grill under, a microwave oven, sink with hot and cold mixer tap and a 3 way under counter fridge with freezer box. A private washroom provides a flushing cassette toilet, washbasin with vanity mirror, shower and storage. The rear lounge converts to provide a good sized double bed and there is a TV fitted. A pull across privacy screen separates the lounge from the rest of the habitation area.
